Hi guys, Went to sheridan again. And found this. Finally I got enough moss to quench my thirst. here you see for scale how much moss I got. Spent 7.99$ for it. Its called Mood moss apparently. I am trying to get more scientific info on it. I made a peat + lfs + perlite mix in the container and put the wads of moss on top. It gets the usual distilled water treatment. ANd I got my very first sarr Sheridan just got this in today. I had an entire cart to select from. Its sooo good than the one I got a while back. Look at the pitchers....perfectly shaped. looks healthy. it cost me 9.99$ but I think its worth it as it looks pretty healthy. THAT IS IT!!! I am not going to sheridan any more...lol! 20$ of stuff right here. And there are more plants coming tomorrow. THAT IS IT!!! ENOUGH PLANTS FOR ME!! lol cheers, vraev

Flytrap, if u can please see this post, please help me with the species identification of this moss. I am having trouble finding much info about "mood moss". I have downloaded the moss handbook from somewhere and it says moss are really varied. Each has its own conditions. Right now I am growing it like sphagnum. I need to be sure if it is indeed a acid loving moss. Since u did a project in mosses, It would be great if u can help me out.

Can't see the pic that you URL'ed to the forum... But saw the one on the site... Its hard to tell... Cya BTW... You'll see the sarrs will pop up during the summer... If you give them full sun they'll get almost Maroon at the top of the pitchers...
