Hi I just thought I would introduce myself and apoligize for doing things backwards and posting before introductions. I am a newbie to CP's but am totally enjoying my small collection of Sarr's and VTF's. I think my biggest challenge is our weather in the summer, where it may get to 116 F and weeks off 100 + are not odd, plus we don't have the humidity, but I made it through my first summer okay. Anyhow nice to meet ya all Kelly

Hi there,
welcome to the board. Well, I think the VFT's and sarrs can be grown fine in california. Considering that you have a source which we canadians can only wish... :AN ENTIRE nursery just dedicated to carnivorous plants, in a country that has many many distributors and retailers for CP's. Canada is pretty sparse on CP's even though they are part of nature here. Well, hopefully we can one day have more people in this addiction.
cheers,
var

Thank you Vraev and Sawchuk for your very nice welcomes. Yes I am the source for Plant Helper(atroviride) in the states. Glad there hasn't been any negative talk yet lol. I am really looking forward to being on this forum and learning from all of you. Have a wonderful evening and a great new week. Kelly
