Helis are so cool, they have this "womb" like structure in which their pitchers and flower stalks develop before being "born". In some spp it is pretty translucent and you can watch the development of the fetus LOL Here is a flower stalk being "born"... and if you look close, to the right you can see a pitcher in another womb and to the lower right another flower stalk in an earlier stage of developement I know, pretty silly Cheers' Butch

Definitely not silly... definitely cool though. Is that your plant? Wish mine would do that... but they're too young, so I won't let them go out dating yet >>> Rick <<<

Rick, yes... that is my H. "Tequila" just be patient, helis seem to take their time maturing, but once they do...

Briar, That's a fine looking Heli you got there! Congrats on being a Heli-dad-2-be ... you must be giving your plant some real nice growing conditions.

wow.....fantastic image there m8. No way is that silly. If thats silly then really all of us Cp'ers are silly as well. lol! we take pleasure in watching nature unfold. There is nothing wrong in that. Fantastic plant mate. I will definately have to try a heli someday. I really would love to give H.nutans a try. Considering that is the first ever Heli I have seen adn it comes from Mt.Roraima in homage to my idol the living great Sir David Attenborough.
