www.rarexoticseeds.com/I just logged on and the site seems to work. You just use the "add to cart" and checkout and pay by PayPal. I ordered from them, they delivered very quickly and the charges were reasonable. I have to say I had zero germination from all 3-4 bags but I always buy seeds that are supposed to be impossible to germinate.

I have about a 50% germination rate from them, but I second the rest of what lloyd said.

I never bought any seeds from him, but a good portion of his catalog seems to come from Lowrie (in a reply he sent me about his source, but remark that perhaps he changes this now). i ordered twice from Lowrie catalog in the past, most species were either misIDed or i didn't had any germination...

I got an average 10% germination. I'm not new to growing from seeds in general(new to carnivorous) and not all seeds were "difficult". 80% on D. capensis, 0% on cephalotus-OK, but 0% on ginkgo or zelkova?

I found I got at least 200% germination with D. capensis and even higher with U. subulata.

U.subulata should be a swear-word and the autocensor should block it out. Also, anyone offering U.subulata for trade should be banned for 48 hours to re-think their decision Seriously tho, I don't know exactly HOW it ended up in my collestion, but a while ago somone actually asked me for some of the stuff- I almost refused, but whoever it was seemed genuinely interested in it- I imagine I'll figure out who it is when someone starts a topic about getting rid of/controlling the stuff, which will be a very short thread, filled with posts like "you can't" and "sorry" For something that most of the time doesn't even make flowers per se, it is a really prolific little beggar, the creeping kudzu of the CP world... hmmm I'd better get starting another topic since I feel like I'm just about as far off topic as possible

Sorry to be so far off topic. I just quarantined my U. subulata in an almost completely sealed hex container which I keep away from the terrariums. I find it puts on a really nice flower display in the summer. Mine came as a contaminant with my first D. capensis (fitting). That's it, no more off topic posts.

I had a good experience with them, the urtics never germinated, and niether did the gensiliea , but the drosera was 90% ;D and the pings about 10% , fast shipping though.
