Hi everyone! I'm really excited - one of my d. madagascariensis seeds sprouted! ;D It even has little leaves with dew on it. It's super tiny (around 1mm in size). The funny thing is, this one seems to be growing faster than my d. capensis seeds which have produced their two seed leaves and one real leaf, but have since stalled at that point. Sorry for the bad photo quality!

You might want to put it into peat/sand. More natural for these sundews.

Hi Xavier, the sessiflora seedlings are small but look good and there are lots of them. The coccicaulis however got crowded and haven't bounced back from the thinning.

Thanks! I grow it under 1 GE warm white light and 1GE plant and aquarium light over a little terrarium. Very easy. I think D.madagascariensis is a fantastic sundew specie. I hope every cp lovers will have chance to grow it at least one season. So, I'll maybe try to propagate it, or grow other plants from seeds. It is possible to do leaf cuttings? tom P.S. Have you noticed the little sundew in the same pot of the madagascariensis, on the first pic? I dont know if it will be another one... would be nice

Wow it looks great! I can't wait till mine gets as big as yours (if it survives!)I'm waiting for mine to get a bit bigger before moving to a peat/sand mix.
