Does anyone use these? Have a source other than random eBay sellers from overseas? I acquired some as a test and really like how they fit into a standard tray. They fit perfectly 50 to a tray and are snug and stable when moving things around and I think will be great for small species like drosera or a nursery setup. The ones I have are also short enough to allow the humidity domes to fit without difficulty even with a full tray. They are remarkably hard to find in my searches to far but would love to get more. I will try to post a pic when I get time to to share.

I like them as well! Good for small species/seedlings. Our local general store/garden centre has them, that hard to find eh?

Nice, do you have a picture? I use 2.5" ones, I like them. A tray fits 32 pots.

This is the price to beat - I got some similar to this but with shipping and such it was about 80 bucks for 80 but they took two months to ship from overseas

There's a Home Hardware within walking distance of me that has an assortment of sizes. They also have trays and the regular humidity domes as well as the tall ones. They have pretty much everything I need, although other Home Hardwares I've been in aren't this well stocked.

Did anyone find a good place to buy 2-2.5 inch square plant pots in cases of 50-100? Just looking for something to fill a standard 1020 tray

I have a lot of them, ordering a few more thousand for next year too. The 2.5*2.5*3.5in ones work out to be $0.3each, plus shipping. PM me if interested, shipping isnt too terrible because they are light.
