i dont think you have to do anything to self polinate.. though id suggest maybe putting a ziplock bag over and closing it as tight as you can.... sundews produce TONs of seeds, and if you don't watch it it can become like a weed!!! its also easy to collect them.. when the flowers finish producing seeds, just chop off the stalk, turn it right side up and shake out the seeds into the ziplock.

I was just looking at the ICPS seedbank section and they suggest storing seeds in paper envelopes to avoid moisture problems.
