The ones with the green metal bars are pretty light weight and won't support much in the way of lights.

I use two of these units to hold trays of plants in my windowsill.
As others have noted, the racks are not strong enough to support plants and lighting, nor are they very good outside, unless you are using it on a protected porch or other area where you could anchor it.
I think you would be better off with a stronger setup that can handle the heavier weights of CPs, with water trays and much heavier media.

I have something similar that I never use with long poles and joining devices. If you're ever in the GTA, you can have it.
