Good idea. One thing I would say is that sphagnum may not be a good choice for vertical walls. I have lost a lot of plants now (neps/cephs/seedlings of both) by sphagnum that has totally drowned plants/seedlings. So keep an eye out. I personally wouldn't recommend it to pot up ceph seed. Ceph seed can take a long amount of time to germinate and take even longer to establish and gain size. They may be lost in the moss before you even realize their existence.

So my pitcher pull did not strike and to no ones surprise the seed i left in the moss are lost lol. But I did buy a small ceph from willy. I have it growing vertically and I will post again as new growth emerges.

Ya the moss has been doing well. I have been harvesting some of the heads to spread the moss around. I have 4 pots now with this moss and i started with a small chunk.
