There's probably someone here who can give you seed or plants (in the spring). They're sort of like evil weeds but they are nice plants. There's nothing wrong with a plant that's easy to grow.

I'm not sure what you mean. We mail each other plants all the time, no problem. I'm sure there are lots of people on this forum with pots that are infested with capensis.

I've tried to give non-CP people capensis and they always kill them. It's hard to believe but they do need low mineral water, sun, and a 1:1 peat sand soil mixture.

well.....make sure that u do NOT use any schultz for branded peat moss. You should have one of the big bales of peat moss. Use that....get some perlite.....mix 50:50 and thats it....the perfect soil mix for most plants. Then always get reverse osmosis or distilled water or rain water...and only use that to water the plants. Then about light....see if u can grow it outdoors...if not get the GE gro and sho light tube....available in every home depot or canadian tire. Thats it....u should be set to grow a full assortment of easy CP's. note....harder cps require more care and specific conditions...so yeah....VFT's and sundews must be fine.

Grow them anytime. Get some sand with low minerals, maybe wash it, mix it 1:1 with milled peat, water with distilled water, rain, melted snow or dehumidifier water. Give it full sun and cover with foodwrap until the seeds come up.
