Hay guys, I was wondering if anyone knew if there are any known locations in new brunswick or even the quebec/new brunswick border for drosera linearis, or even pinguicula vulgaris. The reason I ask is my girlfriend and I usually go on vacation in the summer to go check out some different carnivorous plant habitats, but since we've seen everything native to hear many times (including drosera filiformis, that single tiny location left in port la tour that is now threatened by peat mining ) So this summer we are takin the caneo and heading north, to fredericton new brunswick, that will be our starting point to fan out from....Soooooo... if anybody know any good spots, let me know ;D

I figured you had seen that. It sounds like you would have to ask the guy who wrote the article for the exact location. I remember trying to find fossil locations in Southern Alberta from various sources. Once I had to ask a farmer to tow my car out of a slough. Very embarassing. I'm sure he sensed I was from Toronto.

I have a few books on Alberta Fossil locations. They were really helpful around Drumheller and I found tons of fossils which I still have, including a really nice metatarsal head of an Albertasaurus. I was looking at some Albertasaurus teeth and sat down on a Opuntia cactus-not for long, though. It was in the far Southern parts of Alberta that I got lost and stuck. I never fell off the river bank but I remember it was treacherous.
