I have recently purchased a number of drosera and pings.
Has anyone produced a simple chart documenting different soil/rooting mediums that includes rough estimates for length of soil viability, and/or good indicators it's time for replacement and repotting?
I have some experience with phragmipedium orchid mediums in which some species are grown in saucers of shallow water. These plants are repotted every 18-24 months. Can I expect the same for dros in coir/peat or spag mixes?
Any referrals or info would be appreciated.
Thx!

I find that most CP mediums "last" for around 2 years (mixtures of peat, perlite, or LFS) but I wouldn't stress too much about it.

One way to find out is when the soil mix smells funny, it's time to change it up. Willy
