...so did I when I first read the post. It's a pretty simple concept, really.....but, I have come to know that everybody's brain works differently so I didn't comment. Exoticplantseller could very well be a nuclear physisist. This is by no means an insult post, just an 'all people process information in different ways post'. It's all good, Cheers!

...that's awesome Dennis!!! Not as good as Kdawg's 110% but still a very respectable 100%. Haha, just kiddin', it's possible I have some not bad Dionaea bloodlines. Great stuff!

Nice work Dennis! Yes, that Amanitovirosa guy makes some killer seed! Keep an eye on those solid reds, looks like you may have some winners there!

Nice work Dennis! Yes, that Amanitovirosa guy makes some killer seed! Keep an eye on those solid reds, looks like you may have some winners there! Agreed! I have almost identical results as above. Tons and tons of germinated seed (I'd wager between 97-102% germination), lots of colour (including nice deep reds), size and variation.

They all look pretty unique too! Were these seeds collected from multiple varieties or was this the diversity that appeared from one plant? Congrats on the success!

...Atom, these were seeds collected from hundreds of plants I have growing in my backyard, which I myself also started from seed. Check out my Winter 2014 Project thread. These Dionaea display various characteristics and were all open pollinated so the offspring could be.... anybody's guess. Interesting note though, when harvesting I did keep the seed from the red plants separate from the green plants, and labelled them so. Some people got reds, some got greens, seeing the germination pics there is a lot of colour variation, that's Mother Nature for ya.

Oh wow that's interesting that you kept track of the red plants and the green plants and some produced a mixture of the two!
