...even though my interest in Drosera has dwindled away somewhat, there are a couple that I must have in my collection! Drosera Falconeri is one and Drosera Regia is the other. I received 17 Regia seeds on January 19, 2016 and got 13 to pop. I have since repotted them into individual pots and they seem to be doing well. New growth after a repot is always a good sign. I took this pic today, hard to see but there's more dew on some than there are leaves. Another thread for me to update later. Thanks for looking and Happy Growing. ![](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/OMZUHrcFI4CV_7P60rEh-9BbNhIsJQr8Ehsxu77TfYboxRhRuXhkIvPZE4jmhPmdOdeZuv2-1gwk2_0s5A-DAc_LR-w19HZBX6bLrc9KSk27xGvT8qqtFMAtCxYD7fGJrr-xKJdzI9VIhdunhym2QXJEPJlTNpGW8sjeVZSRnvBiwMiOohv2knRAzXyCrV3LKm8ef1mhRaL5oHdjgGp11oX7NShT7waZKdZc9BM-ykUq7phuzDaCX3lheT8S9ZP9HaPnDZ2OLMtL96YResthv9CC4-eCCUytteo1Fco1tVpoPlMBgtG0-LdoCZzXpAHRILCTwD7oUKPhtVUV8FaZYaB52twMLxkyidHyy2SMGaLf9mGLAEd8dwcz56qk21-9O4KrxVuT4NHuZGS5D9B3JVAzzX0X3ZUaCcQ6Vr1MRCQZtSbzn5Ubx_sFMeZTOUhufRc3DjYKWERGMrA_7D7wXtwZ_kdyKlB_E2Syvu8YuaSBDAajSE-ws4cKc7ZkO-QMyXIkLmmORbzX0BbMIAPL-z-zWOdyD92J2f_lT4Tib7DrLxNQL79pTFgt_99Ff58OdIeM=w1186-h667-no) AV.

Hi AV - Awesome! I've been trying to get D. regia from seed for years. If you can get them to be taller than 3cm, I will need to study under your tutelage. Good luck sir!

Keep them very cool during the summer. This is my seed grown D. regia clone 1 at it's largest a couple of winters ago. ![](http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t22/Roraima2/DSC01715_zps1b9c3bc3.jpg) Good luck AV!

Good luck with them. I got a few mature one from BCP last year and put them potted in my microbug outside for the summer. They were doing great when I bring them in, and are still alive but there's some aphids in my biggest one (more than 30 cm wide) and they are doing a nasty job. I'm waiting for the temp to get a bi higher and I'll bring them oustide again. You could try with some as long as the rain do not wash them from the pot.

...This is actually my second attempt with Regia seeds. I got some when I first started a couple of years ago from Heldros (eBay), disappointing results. Guy, what do you mean by "at its largest a couple of winters ago"?, has it declined for you since? Sorry to hear about your aphid problem Martin, I hope you resolve it quickly. Mine will remain just on my south facing basement window sill until they get better established, if it gets to that!

I wonder, are the members who can see your photos also in your Google+ circles? This could be the issue. I tried posting photos from Google+ on the AVBratPack to no avail. Photobucket is so inundated with ads it slows the load rate to nil. Flicker is okay, not brilliant. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) Have a great CP meet and greet!

Dennis:
Very nice...I always like pics showing progressive plant growth.
I also appreciate your remarks regarding fertilization.
Can you confirm whether you mist your fert for foliar feedings, if you also follow-up with a clean water rinse, and lastly do you water at a specific time, e.g. early mornings, mid day or aft noon (or not).
Thanks again for the progress report and great pics and tips!
