...so your lows were my highs, even less. Conclusion.......don't worry about your Lingulata being too cold, it can handle it... AV. ...and may possibly prefer it... Is N. lingulata a slow grower? I've had one for over a year and it's never got much bigger than a toonie. Hey Hal. So far the Lingulata has been very productive for me. Always a lot of pitchers on it. I'll post a picture when I get home to show you size. Mind you I haven't had it too long, since October of '15 I believe

I'll get a nice closeup of my newest pitcher when it matures because it has a nice jump on the tongue sizzle. This is the plant now though

Nepenthes robcantleyi all coloured up!! Hadn't fed this plant for about 3-4 months prior to this pitcher developing. I've heard that a plant that gets hungry will produce larger traps. Seemingly so but then , this could just be the plant growing up as well. The only reason I almost find that a believable theory is that I didn't feed any plants for roughly around the same timeframe and they've all exploded with pitchers. Many of which are very large compared to those prior.

Interesting I considered giving fertilizer to boost to growth it seems like when that starts to run out nutrients are put towards Growing larger pitchers in the effort to gain the same level of nutrients it acquired before. I'm likeing the idea that if you want a bigger plant fertilize it if you want bigure pitchers stretch out between fertilization

Nice! are they lit by T8 or T5's? Hi Tom. I grow under 8 x 4' T8 lights but I also have my grow space in the garage in front of an east facing window that gets great direct sunlight for a few hours in the early morning. This is seemingly helping growth big time as everything is doing better in the new space .

Going to update this a bit more as I've stepped back from social media like Facebook and Instagram. I'll try to post more quality photos when I figure out the new camera I bought the wife but until then, phone photos N. villosa - there are about 5 or so in this pot N. edwardsiana - I notice this may have a second growth tip already. So small but I'm almost certain it does. N. taminii - not a fan of bright light whatsoever . This little ones tip burnt bad so I panicked and tried moving it further from the light and since had come back strong. Lucky because I really want to see this one grown up N. robcantleyi - a second little itty bitty rob N. 'Un-named species' 2800m Darlingtonia Nepenthes dubia coming along nicely. Cephalotus - wistuba clone Either N. ventricosa or N. Ventrata. I'm leaning toward ventricosa but not certain. Any thoughts? it's still pretty young to tell. This seedling popped up in one of my izumiae pots last year and has really taken off Anyways that's the first of a couple updates to come. Hope everyone's well
