It sure is gorgeous. Good growing. You made me miss the one I used to have but since I thinned out my collection to mostly species it was one of the orchids I sold/traded. I do have the parents of that cross B. rothschildianum & B. longissimum but they aren't as vigorous bloomers.
What is the jewel orchid you got there in the back and what's that fern ?? Is that a B. nodosa to the left ?
Regards

The jewel orchid is macodisa "spiderman" and the darker one is just ludisia discolor. the plant to the left is my neofinetia falcata. The "fern" is my sensitive plant, mimosa pudica.

I knew they all looked familiar. I have a couple of Neofenitias and a few jewel orchids as well. I don't keep Mimosa pudica anymore cause it gets too big and is pretty well armed. I tried Biophytum sensitivum instead and liked it much better.

I have three or four different types but the only name tag spared by my two year old daughter is Ludisia discolor neagra. I'm looking for Macodes peteola if you know where I can get one.

How big do Mimosa get? I always thought they only got to about 30-45cm tall.

Cool. I have 5 small plants (about 25cm tall each) so I will look forward to what they do.
