I appreciate the info. How many cfl bulbs would it take?

It's hard to say exactly. The bright light CPs generally tend to thrive best under HID lighting which typically puts out about 40,000 lumens, depending upon your setup. I had mine growing under 65,000 lumens and they did spectacular, and even the very light demanding utrics did great, that is, they consistently bloomed. 23W T2 CFL bulbs typically throw off about 1600 lumens. It would take about 25 cfl bulbs to achieve that kind of lighting.
I think that your set up would be great for neps and pings, which have much lower light demands. I would not try to upgrade your lighting to meet the high light CPs but would choose the species that would thrive best in the environment that you already have. Then when you've got the proper lighting, design a terrarium that will deal well with air circulation and temperature issues. I guess I'm trying to say that it is easier to design a terrarium and make plant choices around the lights that you have, than it is to choose the plants and terrarium and make an inappropriate lighting set up work.
