I planted some Drosera stolonifera last year this summer they didnt realy dye off just stopped i kept watering tray methed like the rest of my sundews all summer cuz i thought they would dye off than id stop watering Did i kill them?

Tuber drosera is a winter plant, so as temp's go over 15c they start the sleep /hibernation cycle ,so if its summer there will rest if its going into winter they will grow, they will not like heavy frost or snow, , like it 1 to 5 c at night and 5 to 12 c day Approx no freezing!, grow well under lights if keep cool enough

Yah its a summer resting one but it didnt die back durring the summer wondering if its dead now just doesnt know it lol

yes they top grow dries up and goes black usually while the tuber below has all the stored energy for next grow season
