Your tanks are making me want to start again too! I loooove watching shrimpies. They're so hilarious and animated for something that has no facial expression. And otocats!!! <3
I'd love to see more!

I'll take more photos during winter break, have been too busy to spend quality time with my aquatics beside feeding them.

I know I haven't been posting about my pets for a long time, so here's a picture of Nugget with her new 3D printed house (an Igloo)!
It took 9 hours to print that!

Wonderful tanks! At what size are fish safe with the axolotls? I have a goldfish about 3 1/2 inches long and a round Goby I caught fishing about 4 inches long and was thinking of what else to put with them. I was considering Rosy Barbs as it's not a heated tank, but those look super awesome and cute. And how do they do with water movement? Can they handle strong water flow?

Fish are never safe with axolotls. Mine is a lazy axolotl, she tries eating anything that comes close to her mouth. The reason I can house a cory catfish and an apple snail with her is because she is grown attached to the catfish, and the snail is simply too big. She did try eating the catfish once but it left her terrible memory because of the toxic spikes, poor thing couldn't close her mouth completely for a month back then. Goldfish will likely to survive because they move faster than axolotls, but they are bad because they will pick on your axolotl and chew on their gills for fun. The best mate for axolotl is axolotl They don't mind strong current, but they like to have a quiet spot to chill. Willy

Thanks. I'll get a separate tank for an axolotl then, should I ever get one.
