Is there a benefit to the cold strat? I have half in the fridge for about 2 weeks now and half sowed after soaking in water and placed in a wet napkin (so far 4/12 have germinated)

Sarracenia need it for germination. That said, he'd been keeping the seeds in the fridge, so seems like they're mostly good to go.

I've soaked them for a day and then put them back in the paper towel you gave them to me in and am storing them in a fridge for 4 weeks? Think it's worth following through or should I just take them out and sow them?

Based on my germination rate, I'd say they're probably good to go.

Just a reminder that these are open-pollinated, and likely will be quite varied, with a high likelyhood of hybrids.

... that is if the offer is still open. I can see that I'm a bit of a late comer. Open pollinated sarrs can get you some cool varieties, so I'm more than game for that. Thank you so much!
