All of these Utrics could potentially invade other containers, even through the drainage holes in their containers, but especially keep an eye on the longifolia and alpina.
G. margeratae - Not picky, lfs, peat or a mix of the two with a high water level.
U. tridentata - Sounds good, also a very adaptable species
U. longifolia - Sphag is good, but this one can grow well in a variety of CP mixes, which is why you'll want to keep an eye on its adventitious stolons. Tray method to waterlogged, it will do fine.
U. alpina - Sounds good the way you've described, can go slightly dryer, cooler in the winter for seasonal variation.
U. calycifida - Sounds good.
U. rostrata - Sounds good, prolific flowerer!
U. sp. "Kerala" - Sounds good, I keep the water at soil level. This one is flowering for me right now!
U. blanchetii - Sounds good, watch for/pluck mosses and liverworts that may overgrow the tiny leafs.
U. Sandersonii - Sounds good.
