From this years BCP order (thanks Devon so much!!) my plants are in great condition and are growing wonderfully as expected but most are just started sending out growth to start out for the growing season in Nova Scotia the temperatures dip down the freezing temperatures around the beginning of October , the plants I'm concerned about are two Venus flytraps "b52" that were in hard shape apon arrival after shipping with summer growth but just starting to grow new traps and a sarracenia leucophylla bare root just starting with new pitchers no summer growth. My concern is about dormancy since I have no artificial lighting or amount of summer to prepare them for the winter. Help !

You could put them in the fridge for a mild dormancy. Or if you got some lights you could miss one dormancy.

I'd put them in the fridge from the time it's going to hit 3C until it warms up above that. Or a $20 4 foot double fluorescent T8 from the hardware store should be fine for a few plants. Put them in a bright window, too, if you can.
