When I went to visit purpman's house to buy a Sarracenia I ended up leaving with 7 plants instead of 1. One of those plants was a sundew, I'm not sure what kind it is, I'm sure he told me but I probabaly forgot Right now it's living in a very makeshift bog garden with 2 flytraps, I can get pics in the morning. Anything special I have to do for it?

A picture or description of the sundew would be helpful. If I would have to guess, it would be one in this list:
D. rotundifolia D. intermedia D. filiformis var tracyi D. Linearis

It's hard to guess without picture but I would guess: D. Capensis, D. Spatulata, D. Aliciae, D. Binata

Did he grow it outside? Carl (purpman) has a blog "zone 6b" why don't you go online and look at his pictures. See for yourself what the plant looks like and what he named it on his website!

I got a picture! Figure that's kind of important to figure out what it is It also has things that may or may not be flowers but I just want to double check they're flowers

Yes, that's a flower stalk D. filiformis Ok, should I cut it off so the plant can focus all it's energy on establishing itself

Let it flower, you will get lots of seeds and the plant will be OK.

I have left fhe flower stalks on the subdew, and I moved it to a smaller pot where the pot can always sit in some water. If/when it does make flowers can I polinate them myself with an electric toothbrush or should I let the bees and things do it? Should I offer it any extra food? It's still outside, just in a smaller pot wth peat/pearlite and I plan to change it to peat/silica soon

They should be self-polinated. You can read more about the plant here
