The nine gemmaes that Devon gave me are all growing! Thanks, Devon! I was slightly worried because one of them has no growth until very recently. Glad that the last one made it! I am potting them in a 1:1 standard CP mix, with a light layer of peat on top. I water them using the tray method and keep them under my LED lights. I really like these plants because they are very miniature and cute

These are so cute! How big are they and do you have to keep them domed? Or is the humidity from the soil enough to keep them happy?

They are 1~3cm tall right now, very very tiny compare to my other Drosera plants such as Drosera Aliciae! These ones don't need much Humidity, I've read that they prefer drier conditions. The soil I have prepared for them is 1:1 standard CP mix with a light layer of pure peat on top to cover the perlite; they seem to like it

I'll try to get a few pics of the D. scorpioides Devon sent me as well. They are such cute plants and so well packaged. They are pretty tricky to transplant...so I am glad that all except one made it. I suddenly had a huge fungus gnat bloom in my setup recently...and after I came back from a 1 week trip...all the fungus gnats where trapped on the scorpioides tentacles. So awesome. missed having sundews. lol... and this is the best one ever as well.

At first I tried to keep the soil dry because of what I've read online about their natural habitat, but after a while, I find that they do reasonably well in water tray as well. They seem to enjoy the moisture in the soil
