The little flytrap has 2 fully formed traps and another one forming. I'm going to get it some bloodworms and feed the traps soon. Anyway, when can I take it out of the plastic bag?

I would transition as slowly as your setup allows. Sealed bag to unsealed but largely shut, to slight opening, to opened but acting as walls, shorter walls, etc. over a couple on weeks. It is hard to say without knowing how fiercely your air-conditioning is working and whether you have other plants it can share a humid zone with. If you are having people in you can jump a few steps for a few hours and then backtrack with extra misting. But if it has been living a totally coddled life it will need to toughen up to the real world slowly.

I thought I'd show off my lovely family of fly traps, there are 4 altogether, 1 I bought, 1 I grew from a seed and 2 that I was kindly given (from Purpman) Here's the whole gang I named the one I bought but the others don't have names so I dub this one Lefty This one is Tiny This is the only one that has a real name, this is Homunculus Jerry and the Funky Bunch And this is the itty bitty one grown from a seed The baby one is about 2 months old at this point.

Get the fly corpse out but be very carefull not too damage the trap or initiate a false close by accidentally hitting the trigger hairs it uses a lot of energy closing so causing a false close is bad, besides each trap will only close 3 to 5 times then die making room for another trap so when it does close their should be food inside if you get to see it making a flower stalk you have 2 options leave it and get seeds or cut it as soon as it appear which will yield bigger traps, most people cut it because it uses a lot of the plants energy to flower and some plants die or look sick Traps grow faster if it catches or is fed a bug once every 2 weeks. General rule food like a bug should only be 1/3 the trap size so it seals properly..too big a bug may blacken and kill the trap.

I just sort of plopped them onto the top of the mixture, I didn't do anything with them which is probably wrong. There are 4 little seeds.
CP seeds should only be spread on the surface Burying them results in dead seeds the seed knows what to do so apart from light and water let it do its thing but be patient may be awhile to notice growth

In this picture I had fed the traps today, I make sure any dead but corspes are out of the traps too.

I'm happy to report all the flytraps are doing well, the baby one has been out of the plastic bag full time since about the end of September, it is about 5 months old at this time. My first one made a flower stalk which I didn't notice until it started growing a bud, I understand that I should discourage this in new plants and I don't think winter is a good time to grow a flower, anyway the stalk turned black and I cut it off about a month ago, the plant still looks healthy and green albeit kind of scrawny. The other two plants are making smaller traps but I assume they're going dormant. Everything is going pretty well in flytrap town and I'm very happy they're been thriving all summer and fall, hopefully the dormancy goes well, I always make sure they are sitting in some R/O water
