Looks like a fern gametophyte -aka prothallus - the haploid stage of the fern that provides the gametes).
Some fern spores are quite large so could be "mistaken" for seeds by a vendor. Though I would really question this as the adult diploid fern (what you normally see) certainly does not look like a carnivorous plant that I know of...
Alternately some fern spores came with the Drosera seeds also. Contamination happens... (Trying to give vendor the benefit of the doubt...).
Could also be a liverwort prothallus equivalent.

I'm thinking it might be a thallophyte of a liverwort, not related to your seeds at all.
(Deanm mentioned this above)

It was only 5 bucks I think. It's more the time lost that annoys me. Bought them, wait s couple weeks only to get silk tree seeds. Complain. Wait almost a month and get what I thought were the right seeds. Plant. Wait another month only to see they were the wrong seeds as well. I'm glad I didn't give the tuberous drosera to anyone. I doubt they are what he said they are at this point.

The liverworts grow from local spores so these seeds could be the right species, just not viable or not germinating.

Appreciate the offer! Unfortunately my little seed terrarium is pretty full at the moment. A couple members of the forum were quite generous with seeds when I first posted this thread.
