...so you didn't repot. Good move! I've learned from my mistakes and found that the only time to repot them is during or near the end of dormancy. If you do it during 'growth' you might as well forget it. There's enough room in that pot until winter 2015/16. Again, just my 2 cents. Cheers.

Too late............and I was a day late in the repotting..black mark on cup is to align to for future photos... mix is 50/50 peat/perlite.

...well, it looks like it took the transplant very well! Continues to be very vigorous and doesn't look 'stunted' at all. Good growing.

For a decent sized plant I don't think transplanting sets them back much, if at all, if you do it right.

I never found VFT's minded being picked up and stuck in again as long as you avoid tearing the roots.

I do not own or have I grown a VFT but it appears to be a very nice size for that age. How big are the traps on your VFT, about ¾"? I just checked out Maiden's posting on 'Terraforums' and that was unreal having traps the size of a quarter in that length of time.
