The first LED set I grew with inside was the h150 years ago and the results were astounding. The a150 and the a350 are the 'Amazon suns' its just the two varieties of wattage available they drop the red spectrum and are dimmable with the weather control adapters and such. Soooo nice, when I get the weather controls all hooked up i'll take a video... The thundershowers and cloud cover stuff is unreal to watch.

So wait did u get both the A and H bulbs? i.e., the purple/magenta and/or the freshwater 'white' A360 tuna sun? or did u just get the purple? I like the efficiency of the purple..but I would prefer the white for the sake of display. Since I normally sit beside my tanks and work..spend most of the day at home, I prefer a nice white light than a hydroponic style purple spectrum.

Yep, the H350 is the deep purple that is really tough on the eyes, they can't be dimmed. The A350 is the dimmable version that I will have in my banks to add the controllable photoperiod stuff and the intense blues. Unfortunately most of the money spent in colour temperature based fluorescents for example are the reflective quality of the light to our eyes. They not produce the optimal usable radiation that the plant needs. A wise man once told me that the better they look under artificial light the worse off the plant was lol. Oh you wait, it'll be like fireworks when she is all set. I don't know if this style of lighting would suit your conditions, unless you banked some high CRI fluorescents to give the plants some colour and save your eyes. The Kessils would have to have reflectors too, they would seriously blind you man.
Cheers !

I agree. Those are indeed more efficient than the "white" bulbs. They contain all the accessory wavelengths, but focus on the important Chlorophyll a & b pigment peaks. Its great for a grow area in your private hobby room, but not good for a living room style setup. In an ideal world, I would move it all outside to a greenhouse....nothing beats the sun of course...but it brings its own issues with it. Our good ol' David knows all about it and managing the temps is an year-round ordeal.

Temp control finalllly showed up. still waiting on a couple components. I'm getting there though, left side triggers power/on below set temp, right side power/on above set temp (for A/C) mostly. There are two of these on the board. One for night one for day.

We'll see if it's even worth the effort. I know being under an artificial environment I can push the growth and photoperiod ahead. Whether or not the perth sync will be worth it is still yet to be seen. The nice thing about the bluefin app is that you can set all that stuff manually Still a ways off all that anyway.

The issue with this controller is that it truly seems made for a large greenhouse scale setup. Definitely not for Terrariums. So Nolan, this single unit lets you program everything? lighting, watering, night cycle, humidifiers etc? Not to mention wireless network morning from offsite?

The lighting is the only thing that is monitored and controllable via the app. The closest thing to that description would be a high end greenhouse control unit. It wouldn't do lighting though. For what its worth consistency is what im shooting for, once the temps/rh are all set there should be no real need for remote adjustment. This is what you are after. Get out your wallet

This is the company that most of my controls are coming from. If anyone would like any information on this stuff it i'm pretty fluent, it makes for awesome climate control. Gro-zone ControlsShould be assembled soon, we'll see, i've been waiting on this stuff for a while now.
