They're growing in 1:1 rinsed peat and silica sand that's meant for sand blasting. I'm slowly switching to 1:1 coconut husk and sand though to help save on peat usage.
Edit: Oh yeah, and they grow in whatever the humidity my room is at. Usually it's around 40% and in the winter is drops down to 15 - 25%. They don't get as dewy as they could be in a GH, but on the plus side mold and algae never grows in the soil.
