The ocean moderates the weather here. We rarely see temps outside of -25 / +25.
This week we're supposed to hit +18°C a couple of days. That might just be summer for us.

Last frost over here is often the 2nd week of June. Devon, last year I just checked Environment Canada's forecast for my area (http://www.weatheroffice.gc.ca/city/pages/qc-42_metric_e.html) and brought them inside anytime they called for 8ºC or lower (my microclimate is pretty montane, so my night-time drops can get to be 6ºC lower than in Ottawa-Gatineau proper. I like to err on the side of caution.) I put some plants out yesterday and some more today, but I'll be bringing them in most nights for the next two weeks or so.

It is soooo foggy outside right now. And warm too. My ventrata probably loves it.

It froze in Ottawa last night. My flytraps are still alive underground but all the new growth they had produced since I put them outside is dead. Oh well, it is not like I had any uncommon clones or anything.
