Looks like a nice CP list... and I'm sure your list will grow and grow as more colleagues across our nation start trading and exchanging plants.
Have a good 2007 growing season.

thanks flytrap. I would love to give you something to start up your collection again..but I guess I still dont have anything to trade. I am also too chicken to take out a plant and make a cutting. And apart from the 3 VFT specials...everything else I got is in local stores (other VFT's + neps)

updated list! Sorry to insectivore for not letting him know how his baby plants are. The gemnae have grown buddy. There are atleast like 5 distinct plants I have got. However, the only concern is there might not be enough light as they are not dewing....but I guess thats all I can do as I have absolutely no room to put them under the main section becos the VFT seedlings are in the canal and they need intense light. Titom, thanks for all the seeds you sent...however unfortunately the much wanted rotundofolia all passed away....I mean I had them for a month in the fridge and then took them out....ensured the sphag was all nice and wet and kept that for another month....and there was no germination but a lot of white mould growth all over the moss. Jay, I thank you sooo much for sending some of those seeds (seed mix)....however, even that attempt at doing cold stratification failed. I basically took a little damp peat, mixed the seeds in and put it in a bag and kept it in the same fridge temp as the SINGLE typical vft that wnet through dormancy succesfully......I actually at one point saw fungal growth under the seed after like 1 weeek of taking them out of the fridge....I kept it in even more light....but none germinated. Its been around a month and still no luck. . Sorry guys! I couldn't keep em alive.

Hey Vraev! If there growing there fine in low light they stay fairly small but when you bring the intensity up, they will get bigger... Sometimes they can stay small for a year... Cya P.S. When there adult there barely biggger thana 25¢!

yeah, pygmies can be a tad stuborn dew-wise but they are troopers, as long as they're alive they're good And you should not lose hope yet on tham VFT seeds, they can sit ther for a while before doing anything

thanks guys! BTW carl, the VFT seeds have all germinated with minimum loss...its the rotundofolia and the sarr seeds that have not. I threw the rotundofolia away since there was a lot fo white fungal growth..I did not want to promote more spores and more spread so I had to dunk it. The sarr seeds are still in the mix...I don't mind if any pop up.

They should, I've had Sarr seeds just sit there for literally months before they've decided to do anything (tho I expect it is due to a combo of factors in my "methodology") I totally PROPERLY stratified a bunch of stuff this winter so I'll see if that makes a difference and report back elsewhere on it

I wouldn't worry about spores, they are everywhere in huge quantities.

lol..I understand that lloyd...but, u know its kinda bad to have a gooey white hairy stuff growing right beside a small pot with VFT seedlinds and drosera seeds...tahts why I chucked the rotundofolia away. Well..I guess I threw a couple of the sarr seeds in the terr to see if they take advantage of that light....so I guess we will see. @ vinc, I guess for now I have no room to more the pygmies anywahere...so for now I hope they live fine at that size....I guess sometime at the end of summer, I can probably get them a better place.

I cook with sourdough which is basically a big glop of billions or trillions of bacteria, yeasts & funghi. So far our kitchen doesn't seem too bad.
