Hi there, I've been away for a while, and probably will be in the next weeks also (have to find a new job, probably move again, etc) But last fall, i receive 2 imports permits, one for Best Carnivorous Plants (CZ) and one for Exotica Plants (Australia) Although nothing's sure on my side, i'm just checking in if there would be some Nepenthes nuts ready to go in with an order at Exotica Plants (as one at BCP is already getting up apparently). Here the website to put more temptation: www.exoticaplants.com.au/As i said, nothing's sure, since i dont know how busy I'll be in the next weeks/months, but i'm checking in to see if it would worth the troubles or not to try to get this up.

I would also be interested in joining your order. They do have some amazing hybrids.
Dvg- I've seen that picture before, but I just keep imagining how it is just a picture with the height squashed through photoshop. Maybe it is taken in a weird angle.

dvg I would, if were prepared to pay 400 dollars for it (I might have if I had a job and not too much obligations!), Edwardsiana or Klossi, re the only ones I'd pay that price range!
Lowii x campanulata comes at 35 dollars very reasonable in my opinion

Lowii x campanulata comes at 35 dollars very reasonable in my opinion I hope you know I was only joking. That $400.00 price tag is a little rich for the average grower. But it would make for good trading material, if one was ever fortunate enough to get a cutting of it from another grower. Nep101 got his on eBay for $200.00. It probably helps if you know a few growers and have material of your own to trade, instead of having to shell out the big bucks. And yes indeed, N. lowii x campanulata is a sweet little hybrid cross. And $35.00 is within an affordable price range too. dvg

well...had it for 2y now....grew very well...but pitchers are always deformed. since the past 2y...never made a proper pitcher. always premature opening undeveloped pitchers. Enough is enough...its just wasting room. About a replacement....thats what I plan on getting from exotica. that one and maybe one of the hybrids. Lets see if it happens.

The call of a few of their hybrids is too strong: I think we will go forward with this one as soon as I'll be done with my moving and that my import permits will be updated. As their catalog is fairly dynamic (a lot of offerings are already gone since i posted this thread), i dont think we can list our choice as yet, but you can keep putting money aside for some really cool Nep hybrids. Same for money conversion... as for this week, our $CAN is worth more than $AUS (1 $AUS = about 0,90 $CAN) but it can change by then. Please also read the business conditions if interested. Amongst others: -Minimum order: 500 $AUS -phyto permits: add 100 $AUS -no garantee if customs mess with our plants -Shipping charges to add on top of that (no idea of much it can be) -No 'keeping plants aside', so thats why we cant ask for plants and pay for them if we're not ready to get them. Any of you still interested by this (or budget already spoiled by others group order? )

Tom, It looks like I am ending up spending around 80$ everything incl. that I shouldn't on the bcp order. Although, I still want to get. Plant or two from exotica. How about u keep us posted when you are ready to order and then we can go by the list that is available then? You are absolutely right...their list does change rapidly as they address their major distributors in the US....so we have to anticipate that. So depending on the availibility and status of my CC debt , I might or may not join in. I think it's safe to say that I should be the least determinant for this order.
