How does one become a member and contribute and withdraw from the seedbank?

Pet: from what i know, D. filiformis was out of order when i give up the seedbank management, and D. rotundifolia evergrow might be as well, unless someone else hhas resplenished the stock. The Evergrow is likely mislabeled unfortunatly as well, from what i see from the seeds i have sown

For the 'evergrow'/Darwin, i know it may form hibernaculum, but the one i received didnt look alike it at all, being more alike a D. spathulata. I was the one who originally gave it to the seedbank (and had received it from its hybridizer, Ivan Snyder), and am pretty sure it dont look as the first time i grew it.

Does Scapi want some filiformis seeds? I could donate thousands (very hardy variety from other OCPS members).

Is there a fee to return unused seeds back to the seeds bank? On the off chance a seed is ordered but is out of stock how will it be handled? Rain check, substitute?
