I think my laterifolia may be in too small a pot, I'll try upgrading it in a while, but it's sort of boring when not flowering.

tom: Sure thing! I'm hoping the little beggars will spread quickly, if not then I'm sure by next year I'll be able to share some! I will make a note of it, and when the time comes I will PM you guys about it. lloyd: Hopefully what Tom suggested will work out! But I know what you mean about them being boring when not flowering - my bisquamata hardly ever flowers. And when it does it's actually nothing spectacular, because I was expecting the "Betty's Bay" varient.. cause that's the picture that you get when you type into google... hah. (Mostly, anyway.)

It supposed to be the white flowered form, at least that's what was in the pictures.

I've been meaning to ask this for a while - there is a lot of algae covering the soil in my nephrophylla pot... is this a bad thing? I took out as much as I could, but I can't really get the parts around the leaves because they are so small.
Is this something I should be concerned about? And if it is, is there anything I can do about it?

It's only a cosmetic thing, I think.

As long as the plants are growing well and are not covered by the algae it should be fine.

Yeah, the leaves are not covered. They just seemed to be growing slowly but maybe it's just me being crazy. (It's highly possible)
