I have to say that I read a couple times that Styrofoam cups degrade in acidic situations and can be toxic. After repotting, have you noticed if the cups look like they've degraded? Just a thought... But after google-ing Styrofoam, it seems to be debatable. For regular houseplants that live in less acidic conditions, it may be fine, but I'm concerned due to a CP's substrate being acidic. Much cheaper than plastic pots when propagating though, I give you that!
