I came back from my vacation to see some nice rare flowers and new pitchers. Heliamphora purpurascens. I love the nectar spoon on this Heli. It is incredible. Look at the spoon on the newest pitcher. It is almost as big as the pitcher opening. Oh..and of course, two more varieties of pitchers have sneaked into the photo as well. New pitcher on the edwardsiana. Bulbophyllum pecten-veneris True blue flowers are apparently super rare in orchid species. This was the most expensive orchid I ever bought. Finally my first flower Dendrobium parvulum Another absolutely incredible ultra highland orchid species. First flower ever on Fernandezia subbiflora

Hey Justin, Glad to see you going through this buddy. I know we talked about this months ago when you sent those awesome plants for the RBG events...but yea, I would support switching forums to a new and more capable software. The only concern would be long term financial assurance. I would be more than happy to donate a portion of sales of my plants to help fund it as well. I think that is a good idea. However, to be sustainable, I think some sort of membership fund is the best way to go. Even if 10 members pay $10/year, that should be enough to fund the server/software. Cheers V

Thanks Avery. Of course man.. its just so tiny..it isn't a very prolific plant ( at least in my conditions). I would love to propagate it and divide it. Its been over a year and it is still just so tiny.

Thanks guys. I appreciate your nice comments. It truly is a wonderful sight to see in person. I can't even imagine how amazing it must be to see a number of these flowering in situ.

Thanks By the way, where did you get those clear square pots? They are called Rand's aircone pots. Bought them at agrogreen based in Ontario. They ship them so check it out.
