As Lloyd said, the rear middle plant is a Euphorbia (trigona). IKEA has it in the green and red forms, and they are quite inexpensive. It will start branching and grow into a small shrub a few feet tall in ten years or so. I always check out IKEA's plant selection. You never know what you'll find.
Hi Samskwatch - I believe it is a hybrid Vriesea not a Guzmania. While hybrids of both are quite common, and their care is essentially identical, Vriesea have a compressed inflorescence, as does your plant, while Guzmania have more open. The boundaries of the genera in the Tillandsioideae subfamily are likely to be shaken up with further molecular phylogenetics, but those two horticultural groups are going to be pretty stable. Sorry, I'm a bit of a bromeliad nerd.
