So fluffy! If you hadn't specifically said it was part of the plant, I would have thought it was mold

I would say it is definitely mould, there are many types that thrive in cool wet condition, whether it is a dangerous sort or not, I cant tell, but i would treat it to be on the safe side, alternatively scrape it off with a toothpick or similar and ventilate well.
Cheers Steve

Cheers Steve Hi Steve, Why do you think it's mould? The white fuzzy center is part of the plant, it grows and does not react with h2o2. You can see other pictures online that these plants have the furry centers. www.sundews-etc.com/2014/07/hows-is-going-drosera-filiformis.html?m=1Willy

Hi Willy It just looked a trifle over zealous to me for normal 'fluffyness' but if you have tried it with H2O2 and nothing happened all is good, apologies if i have set things into motion that shouldnt have been. Cheers Steve
