It does look like seigyouku queen... although google pics looks a bit off... PS. The best part is that it's fragrant!

'Seigyoku Queen' should have a large soft yellow band surrounding the purple center. It is definitely a nobile hybrid of some sort. The plant should be a vigorous grower. To get it to bloom reduce watering and set it outside in the fall for a few cool nights... this should trigger formation of buds. If you fertilize this plant too much it will produce keikies (baby plants). Enjoy your new addition.

kawarthapine kawarthapine thanks for the tips! The flower did have yellow band but it was very light, light enough my crappy camera couldn't pick it up. As for keikis, the grower must have went nuts on fertilizer. It was growing keikis before it's done blooming: And now:
Oddly enough still no roots from keikis, unlike my other dendrobium...
