in fact 2 method
-with a toothpick but it is very difficult , you must try several times because it is quite difficult to recover the pollen and put it on the stigma (It works or it does not work)
-or yes Exactly you can cut just the corolla ( not the anther and the stigma) with a chisel or a cutter to get the pollen then put it on the stigma.
Preferably cross-fertilized with 2 flowers
