I like this little tray - I find that having a standard tray with small round pots/Dixie cups is cumbersome to manipulate. Little pots are always wanting to fall over and never fit just right. I will certainly search this out. Looks like a great little base for smaller plants. Perfect for drosera and many pings. Thanks for sharing!
What are the benefits to using this instead of the usual pot and tray method?
There are 3 main benefits for me:
1) I like this pot size for pings; 2) spacing and convenience: ea little pot sits in it's own receptacle that is part of a shared watering network and they are less likely to tip over or crowd neighbours; 3) price.
The one disadvantage is space as fewer pots will fit in the same square area (but that is a trade-off I am willing to make).
