Probably already a futile effort in terms of me winning this month, but you can't impact timing so... I humbly submit a flower from my D. cistiflora "purple flowered form".

This plant is not super showy but stuck with me through thick and thin. My first cp and first cp from seed. D. dielsiana finally getting some reddening after I replaced the old metal halide bulb. It was the lone survivor of the seed pack I bought, and didn't flower until now, with the help of knowledgable forum members. It gave me some healthy offspring (root cuttings) and probably is my personal symbol of this cp journey. I thought the story matched well with the idea of us finally leaving the long winter. Lol

Hi chamelea - That's an important plant then! It's a wonderful story and I think one we can all relate to. There are just some plants that seem to stick with us even when others fade away for various reasons. Nice growing!

Maybe I should make a post for that.
