Hi all - So, I have had the pleasure of growing U. campbelliana for just over a year. To this point I've seen it grow rapidly, and I've been able to split int to separate surfaces and media. It's seemed, except for U. alpina, to be the easiest tuberous Utric in the Orchidioides section. Well, you never know and as you learn a species, it could fade at any moment. Recently, I've gotten an encouraging sign though. Two flower stalks are emerging! You'll have to take my word for it at the moment. My pathetic photography sills can't capture the thin stalk in focus. Don't worry though, if I manage to actually get a flower, I'll make sure get a good photo and post it here. For now, wish me luck.

Hello all - Well that plant took sure its sweet time to develop the flower. I can't believe how red the flower really is in person! I posted a couple of photos over at the April 2017 POTM contest - I just had to enter it. I might be a bit too excited about this flower.
