I have noticed significant germination differences with fresh seeds (my own), and seeds that I had been keeping 'in waiting' to sow for at least several months. If you have them, sow them now, don't contemplate storage techniques. Your germination rate will surely improve if you sow, as opposed to if you wait and store. Just my 2 cents, Cheerio!
