There are a few good instructional videos on Utube that demonstrate how to pollinate pings.
I found several to be very practical.

Hey guys, what kind of soil should I use if I'm planning to start growing a ping pirouette? I have no experience so far with pings but I really like em 😁

Bonjour
P.'pirouette' is an hybrid [ agnata x (moranensis x ehlersiae)]
you can use also peat /river sand ( perlite) 30/70
watering by capillarity with rain water .Especially never to leave the substrate dry, plant preferably in shade or half shade or even in morning sun.
Plant to leave outside, sheltered to rainfall from mid-May to mid-October, from mid-October to mid-May simulate a dormancy when entering it (temperature min 5 ° c) and decreasing watering

Doesn't it feed itself?

I grow mine in a sealed container to keep the humidity up and avoid watering.

So if I put it on the counter in the kitchen or on the table, it should feed itself. Then I just have to make sure media stays moist right.

To make it easier, I recommend the sealed container. Try it both ways and see which is best.
