Total newbie question, but just curious if this second rosette that seems to be forming will end up being a second plant? Or is this just natural progression of a single plant?

Looks like it's dividing! Mine are doing the same thing. I've read that they will often do that after flowering. Soon you'll have two plants. 😊

Thanks all! Wish I could take credit, but it came to me as a lovely specimen from Willy. It was in bud when I received it, and is still flowering.
Should I be removing the dead and shrivelled bottom leaves?

Thanks Willy! ...But wait! There's more! Today I noticed another bloom beginning in the second rosette. This pretty plant is quite the showoff. 😉
