First time having a CP terrarium, so getting used to it. I find it as neat as when I used this tank as an aquarium. It's funny how nothing could be really happening inside, but I can't help but just sit in front of this and stare in.... As if I could see the plants actually growing. Cx Embarrassed cos of those sad young staghorn ferns in the back. I just recently put them in because the drop in humidity in the room adversely affected them. So ignore them. lol On the cork is Bulb. moniliforme and beside it Soph. brevipedunculata. The D. adelae and Ping was from Willy. They seem to be doing alright. They've thrown out maybe 4 or 5 leaves since I got them. Very happy to have them. The pot in the front was supposed to be Ping seedlings, but seems I got had by the eBay seller I got them from. They look like Drosera seedlings. Which I guess ain't so bad, cos there's always room for more CPs. lol The view The Ping and adelae in the foreground, and Utric in the mid, and my Nep in the back with some ferns I grew from spores. Some VFT seedlings and the faux Pings (some kind of Drosera, but I don't have a good cam so I'll take pics of closeups next time) The adelae. I like 'watching it grow'. It's so pretty~ The camera didn't capture the nice red dew drops. Small collection so far, but looking forward to watching it grow! ^_^

lol Well, least we know now about that seller. I was really curious because they had some interesting listings. And thank you! I can't wait to actually get another tank....hahah! But I don't think I have much room. I have a bunch of other plants that take up most of the space. I was also curious about some structures I've seen other members have...I guess it's like an indoor greenhouse? I would like to build one myself someday, but I think I'll research more and wait for more space before attempting that.

Wouldn't it be funny if there was a seller who always sold great seeds that you really wanted but never the seeds you asked for?

Wouldn't it be funny if there was a seller who always sold great seeds that you really wanted but never the seeds you asked for? lol Not sure how I would feel about it. I would be excited but worried that I'd get something rare and easy to kill. I didn't really post pictures because I usually do it from my iPad and have a difficult time figuring how to post them on here. But some updates. The Ping primuliflora I got from Willy http://instagr.am/p/BPY8MrPDFLH Some N. Dubia x from a seed pod I bought http://instagr.am/p/BO6q_COjZbI

I hope it's ok that I add my plant updates on this thread or if it's supposed to go elsewhere... and can only seem to upload one at a time. D. dielsiana from some root cuttings.

Great start!
Lots of diversity there.
Growing, and in particular, propagating unique plants, quickly becomes an obsession...
...that's a good thing from my perspective!

Duncan Definitely an aspect of newly getting into carnivorous plants has been learning about all these fascinating varieties and species. I've already had a big interest in other plant families, but there's something special about this plant group. So I'm likely to try out a wide variety, probably kill a few (lol), hopefully do well with others, but always learning something new, which is a bit of an adrenaline rush for me. Thank you very much! I've always been kind of self conscious about what I grow; afraid of others see me doing wrong, but then I'll never learn!

One of my first sundews, drosera dielsiana, or at least it was sold to me as that. Another flower stalk coming out, although the old one didn't get to bloom. I grew this from seed, and it took some abuse, so I'm happy it's still around. 😀

Some drosera sp. that came up from seed. This is the one that was sold to me as ping. esseriana. What does it look to be?
