So it's growing but it keeps tilting to one side Leaves tend to dry up quickly, lots of roots sticking out though. Is there anything I have to do? Also, the leaf pulling is successful on first try! But what's next? Thanks in advance!

It probably needs more light that's directly overhead, you may need some artificial lighting to compensate for the low angle of the sun in the coming months. When you feel that the roots will no longer support the plant above the substrate, either completely re-potting or simply loosening it with a toothpick, digging a small hole, carefully sinking the plant back in and settling with a spray mister until it's more grounded are options. When the new plant from the pulling has grown a few roots, it can be gently re-potted.

Excellent advice from Cole, and I'd also add that you should leave the leaf attached to the pulling when you replant it. Pulling it away from the new plantlet seems to set them back a month or two.

Thank goodness I didn't have time to get to it today! I was definitely tempted to cut off the old dead-looking leaf to avoid mold or funny stuff. The roots are holding on to the moss very tightly though, I'm probably not replanting it just yet.... Thanks for the advice everyone!

Another option if you dont have opportunity to move your plant or add more light is to simply rotate plant pots once a week or when you water.
I turn my pots about 90 deg every time I water and I no longer have leaners.

I did actually, just not frequent enough for it to stand straight I guess I will turn on the grow lights in a month or so, it better hang in there!
