Hi everyone, I found this little worm in the media today, it was on the surface. I put it on the leaf so you could see it better. It is on a U. Tridentata pot. Does anyone know what this bug Is? And if it's a danger to the plant? Will it spread to Others? Or do you think it is a fungus gnats LARVAE? Hope you can help. Thanks everyone!

That's a fungus gnat larvae. It'll develop into a little fly, smaller than a fruit fly. They are mostly harmless and good food for pings.
