Beautiful Martin!
I'm fortunate to grow this clone as well. I find its flowers to be some of the largest and most robust of any of the Mexican PInguicula species or hybrids that I have ever seen.
Great start to March!

Good job on capturing the color on your flower Shoggs.
Pale green and yellow are quite difficult to capture as they tend to blur out the detail.
If you had the time and the inclination, it would be interesting to see if self pollinating that flower might produce offspring with bright sulphur yellow colored flowers, similar to the flowers of P. lutea.

Hey guys, I'm glad this ping is doing well in BC too.
Justin, it would be great to see a picture of your pings tray.
Guy, you're right, the flower is really big. Not as big as the one coming from Sumidero hybrid but really near.
Tks Dvg, it almost took me 30 pics to get it right ... The pictures were often too bright. I have two floers coming. One for self pollination and the other for hybrids. We'll see what come of it but the yellow color is really pale ... Really far from lutea.

First post for plant of the month. Photo skills don't match the skills of others but here it goes anyways: D. venusta purchased from Hawaiian Botanicals in mid summer of last year. Cheers

Nepenthes Glabrata . Producing a whole bunch of pitchers right now. Always been a funny grower for me as it produces pitchers in spurts. I can't wait until these little guys are all open. Great jump in pitcher size since the previous ones.
